Bitcoin has failed two major test SUPPORTS: The first test was the weekly 50EMA at 7700 and the second one is/was the weekly 100EMA at 7000. Price is at the moment hoovering about the weekly 100ema at 7100. The overall structure is calling for more selling pressure down to:
1- The weekly 200ema currently at 5541
2- 0.618 Fibonacci retracement of the swing low to swing high
31222-13888, which current at 5500
3- The trololo trend line that we discussed since July/August is now at 5699 as expected.
The conclusion is that a Bitcoin dump could be imminent. However, It could be followed by a major ( bitcoin ) break out to another major fib retracement.
Volume has been quite recently, which justify the low volatility market has been experiencing over the last few days.
